Jacob Draper is a 2025 RHP/OF with a 6-2 145 lb. frame from Palmdale, CA who attends Paraclete. Features a long, lean, athletic frame with plenty of room to add. He has a four-pitch mix that includes fastball, curveball, slider and changeup. He throws out of a high three-quarter slot with a repeatable, athletic delivery. Fastball topped out at 80 and has arm side run combined with a twelve-six curveball and a slider that has late sweep. Arm speed is evident and he works all four-quadrants efficiently. In the outfield, he shows proper footwork and glove mechanics with an accurate one hop throws. At the plate he has a wide base with a striding load.. He has an all-fields approach with present bat speed. Ran a 7.66 sixty-yard dash. Very good student. Named to 2023 California Prospect Showcase Top Prospect list.
