Harper Sy is a 2018 C/SS with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Makati, PH who attends Makati. Sy has a medium sized frame with a lean biuld. Defensively he has a high set up behind the plate on his pop throws and has a high release. Sy has some quickness to his feet with developing catch and throw tools. He has a loose arm with arm strength up to 72 MPH. On the infield, he showed solid actions with athleticism. At the plate, Sy starts with an open stance and has a longer path to the baseball. He tends to pull off with his front side and works around the baseball. He has developing bat speed with developing hitting tools. There's more in there with a few adjustments at the plate.
