Sean Hall is a 2017 2B/OF with a 5-9 125 lb. frame from Martinez, CA who attends College Park HS. Young, athletic build with a lean, projectable frame and room to fill out with added strength throughout. Ran a 7.18 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder, moves well on feet and circles the ball well, moves well up the middle and shows lateral range, good motor, throws from a lower slot, arm strength will continue to develop. Short steps to the ball in the outfielder, short arm action through the back side, comes and gets the ball, fields it out front. Right-handed hitter, starts with a wide stance and weight on back side, high hand set and back elbow. Short path to the ball with a line drive swing plane. Starts opens and gets closed at contact, looks to lift at contact with slight uphill to plane. Incorporates hands into swing, shows bat speed through the zone and projects with additional strength. Very good student.
