Mikey Schiano is a 2027 1B/LHP/OF with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Olney, MD who attends Dematha Catholic. Medium height with an athletic look to the frame. Ran a 7.45 in the sixty yard dash. A primary first baseman, solid athletic approach with good hands that consistently get into a good position. Moves around the bag well and showed the ability to pick balls out of the dirt. A secondary pitcher, angled and short wind up delivery and stays tall. Works under control throughout. Shorter arm action with a 3/4 release with some fading action to the heater. Around the zone with both the FB and CH that mimic each other. A left-handed hitter, starts with an open stance with a higher hand set and leg lift trigger. Direct path to the ball and has some feel for the barrel and can hit to all fields.
