Mason Ruble is a 2025 1B/3B with a 6-2 220 lb. frame from Picayune, MS who attends Picayune Memorial. Big and strong build, pretty mature physically. 7.77 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, has good fundamentals and an idea with his footwork, turns well and stays balanced, soft hands and good technique picking throws, solid defensively. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow start with a big leg raise trigger, can get off balance and off-timed occasionally with his big load/shift, swings hard and looks to pull and lift the ball, would improve with a simpler approach because the strength is there regardless.
