Saturday Recaps: Faedo, Alonso come up big
Sunday Recap: Gators rally big, late to sweep

Although Florida lost their weekend series a week ago to Kentucky they continued to show their dominance and overall roster depth as they swept No. 2 Texas A&M this past weekend, in Gainesville, to once again hold on to the top spot in Perfect Game's Top 25 rankings presented by Rawlings.

As a result of the sweep Texas A&M falls to the sixth-spot in the rankings, saving some face after taking their midweek contest against Houston.

Speaking of Houston, they had a tough week, losing their weekend series against AAC foe East Carolina as the Pirates were able to get the best of the Cougars' dominant 1-2 punch. In fact, it wasn't a very good week for the heart of the Top 25 rankings, as only one of the teams (NC State) ranked in the 13-20 range enjoyed a winning week.

As a result, UCLA, Arkansas and Georgia Tech fall out of the Top 25, and Perfect Game welcomes Florida Atlantic, BYU and UC Santa Barbara. Due to the rough weeks sustained by the majority of the teams previously ranked in the teens, FAU and BYU were rewarded for their patience and perseverance, debuting at Nos. 15 and 16 respectively, while the Gauchos check in at No. 21 after taking their series against Long Beach State.

Due to the NCAA college basketball championship game Perfect Game College Baseball on SiriusXM College Sports Nation will not air this evening but will return next week – Monday, April 11 – with hosts Daron Sutton and Mike Rooney .
