Arizona State was at a crossroads just three weeks ago.

The Sun Devils had won Pac-10 series over Arizona and Oregon, and entered a crucial road series against Oregon State with a 5-1 league mark. The Devils, though, dropped all three games to the Beavers and were left at an important point: they could quickly rebound or become a vulnerable foe.

The Devils chose to remain an extremely formidable foe.

ASU has been fantastic since that series against the Beavers. They swept Washington State at home two weekends ago. And this past weekend, the Sun Devils hit the road and swept California, allowing just four runs in the three-game series and outscoring the Golden Bears 17-4.

The Devils and others highlight our list of winners, while Arizona, Texas Tech and LSU had weeks to forget.

We take an inside look at college baseball’s weekly winners and losers.
