OF Byron Buxton (Appling County HS, Baxley, GA): Explosive speed and athleticism, 3.89 from the right side, 3.18 on a steal. Pull approach hitting, can drive the ball out of the park, aggressive hitter. Top level arm in centerfield. Justin Upton with more usable speed? Potential 1st pick in 2012 draft.

OF David Dahl (Oak Mountain HS, Birmingham, AL): Ability to perform can overshadow his tools, plus runner with an outstanding outfield arm, line drive machine, very advanced hitter who shows flashes of plus power as well.

OF Jesse Winker (Olympia HS, Windemere, FL): Might have the best pure bat in the 2012 class, combines power and hittability, also made the best defensive play of the event with an over the shoulder dive in left field.

OF Albert Almora (Mater Academy, Hialeah, FL): Two home runs in the first game, plays the game with little effort and performs above his raw tools, should have no trouble adjusting as the game speeds up.

SS Carlos Correa (Puerto Rico BB Academy, Santa Isabel, PR): Defensive tools are unquestioned, had quality at bats against the better pitchers he faced and dialed up his bat speed, power might not develop quickly but it’s there.
