Virginia high school right handed pitcher Connor Jones can point to the exact moment that his present and future as a baseball player changed.

About three years ago my father and I drove up from Virginia to meet with a guy named Jamie Evans of the National Pitching Association up in Maryland,” Jones recalled. “I was just a young high school pitcher probably throwing in the low-80s. Pretty much all the improvements I’ve made since then and the things I’ve been able to accomplish as a baseball player have come from that meeting and the program we started on. I’ve done the routines and exercises ever since.”
