Brian Ragira is a player that scouts have been waiting on for what seems like awhile now. He’s yet to truly erupt at the collegiate level, but has also done enough and shown enough glimpses of potential at the plate to keep himself elevated on prospect lists. To be fair, for the most part he has hit for average at Stanford, but given his frame as well as his batting practice power, scouts expect more than what he’s shown. And, despite the perception that he hasn’t completely fulfilled his potential in college ball, there’s going to be a team out there willing to roll the dice that they can tap into that potential.
