Owens Joins National HQ Team

Perfect Game is excited to have Will Owens joining the PG Super25 National Headquarters team.  Will has accepted the position of PG Super25 Assistant National Director, starting as a full-time PG employee out of the Georgia office.

Will joins the PG Staff shortly after finishing his professional season in Austria.  Owens led the Vienna Metrostars to the Austrian Baseball League Finals before falling one game short in the championship series.

A graduate of Furman University, Will had a very accomplished career both on the field and in the classroom.  Owens can be found throughout the Paladin record books as he ranks 7th in career hits (232), 4th in career walks (99), and 8th all-time in career runs scored (149).  He has the record for most consecutive at-bats with a hit (7), and was named Southern Conference Player of the Week on two separate occasions.  In the classroom, Will graduated with 3.55 GPA and a degree in Business Administration.  He was named to Furman's Dean's List, the SoCon Honor Roll, First Team Southern Conference All-Academic Team, and the College Baseball Foundation's National Honor Roll.
