The career of Dylan Davis just feels like it’s been a long winding one already, even though that’s not truly possible for a player only entering his junior year in college baseball. It’s taken some time for scouts to decide just exactly where he fits on the baseball diamond, and even still the answer to that may not be completely clear. Davis has generated some debate, but mainly on the strength of his success and potential both in the field and on the mound. If you are an elite draft prospect, there are certainly far worse problems you could have.
