This is potentially the most movement we will see in the rankings all year with so many of the top teams facing off against other premier competition at the Panama City Beach Classic. What a great atmosphere it was. The big riser and champion of the PCB Classic, Gulf Coast is the big riser of the week from 30 to 7 after a 7-0 start, they are well coached with a balanced roster and just limited the mistakes in all facets. Blinn handled business and they climbed to number 2 after some rocky starts up top. Pearl River gets solid 5 spot boost after a strong showing in the Gulf. Easy to think that they are here to stay with that blend of top tier talent on the mound and a lineup that gets it on the barrel a bunch. Gaston jumps 9 spots to number 15 after a 6-1 start. We welcome two newcomers to the top 25, Temple after a split with Blinn and a 2-game sweep of SanJac and Tyler after a strong 6-1 start, they will face off this weekend against the gauntlet of Weatherford, Iowa Western, McLennan, and Blinn.
