Jesse Fernandez is a 2008 OF that attends Christopher Columbus HS and resides in Miami, FL with a 6'0", 205 lb. frame. Jesse has a strong well-developed build and performed very well in the workout. At the plate Jesse shows a short swing with quick wrists and gap to gap pop. Jesse has good strength in his swing, but sometimes will let the bat drag a little. He will need to get ready to hit a little earlier. Jesse showed very good tools for a corner outfielder. He has a very strong arm with good speed for his size. Jesse is a player that will attract attention from many high-level college programs.
