We've seen Harrington a couple times this past year. He has shown us MLB average velocity at times. At 6'6/210 he has the obvious physical attributes to become a high caliber professional RHP. In Ft Myers he threw upper 80s with some good sinking action. His delivery is a bit jerky, but very deceptive. His breaking ball has a chance to be a plus pitch. He throws it in the low 70s. Harrington will end up smoothing out his mechanics and might throw in the mid 90s someday. He can throw strikes and he projects off the chart. It will be fun to see him develop over the next couple years. Be it pro ball or college, he will be a pitcher to watch.
