Tyler Vail is a 2010 RHP with a 6'1'', 185 lb. frame from Easton, PA who attends Notre Dame Green Pond HS. Solid athletic build, some projection. Slow paced deliberate delivery, arm is loose and easy, primary FB pitcher, steady 88-90 mph, projects added velocity, cuts FB, throws FB to spots and stays low. Same arm action/release on change, very good secondary pitch. Excellent command. No breaking balls in the Metrodome. Moves up a full grade with good CB.
