A excellent defensive catcher who plays the game for keeps. Probably one of the best receivers we have seen all year. If he were to improve his arm strength, he could catch in pro ball. Has some strength and hits pretty well, but he could improve a bit in that area too. Overall a great young catcher, every pitcher who throws to him might agree.

Scott strong catcher with a good body. He is very solid defensively. He has a quick release, strong arm, good receiver. He also shows power at the plate but his forte is his defensive ability.
