Mark Esparza is a good looking lefthanded pitching prospect. He pitched at 84-85 topping out at 88 mph. He throws from a 3/4 slot but throws a little uphill which cost him some command. His curveball is a possible plus pitch that he threw at 69 mph. He has a good arm and is a decent hitter but we like him on the mound and is a real good follow. Has a chance to make some big waves by next spring.
