Michael Murphy is a 2025 RHP with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from Burlington, ON. Features a wiry build with room to add. Primary right-handed hitter. Threw exclusively out of the stretch. Stays athletic down the mound using slight drop and drive mechanics. Hides the ball well throughout a short arm action into a 3/4 slot release. Fastball got up to 81 mph with armside run. Showed the ability to locate it well to the bottom of the zone. Movement can generate whiffs at times. Pairs it with a curveball at 60-62 ph with big, downward action. Still developing consistent feel for the offering. Intriguing young arm overall with room to grow.
