Seth Spivack is a 2009 C/3B/OF with a 6'0'', 157 lb. frame from Calabasas, CA, who attends Calabasas High School. Named to the Top Prospect Team. Spivack has a trim and athletic frame with good projection. He has good speed in the sixty and in game action. Defensively, Spivack showed arm strength from multiple positions (84-OF, 77-C). Showed good receiving skills behind the plate with soft hands. He has quickness in his feet, and a nice transfer that help produce pop times under 2.00. His live arm will help control an opposing team's running game. At the plate he is a right handed hitter who uses a short stride with a high hand set. Spivack stays inside the ball well staying short and compact. He makes consistent contact and shows bat speed. He gets rotational at times, but he has very good upside as a 2009.
