Jim Perron is a 2010 SS/P with a 5'11'', 175 lb. frame from Norwell, MA who attends Archbishop Williams HS. Fundamentally sound in the field, soft hands, good carry on throws. Has good hands at the plate, good bat speed, sounds good off the bat, pulls the ball well and showed opposite field power in games. Has solid speed and runs bases well. Also pitched, rotational delivery, mostly upper half, solid arm strength and arm speed, over hand release. Straight FB, 10/4 SL with tight break, forkball has good fade and is a solid change of pace pitch. He is a good student.
