Andrew Redman is a 2010 RHP with a 6'2'', 200 lb. frame from Dubuque, IA who attends Hempstead. Solid mature square shouldered build. Well paced delivery, compact clean arm action, hides ball well, arm comes through clean and on time, could improve use of backside/lower half. FB topped at 88 mph, pretty straight, spots FB well especially to glove side. SL and CB looked like 2 different pitches, SL has nice depth and sharper break, CB has bigger 12/6 type shape. Mixed pitches well and threw with a purpose. Good chance to keep improving. Uses strength well with swing, ball carries well off bat, short swing down to ball, lots of back spin/carry on balls. Good student, signed with Iowa Central CC.

Andrew Redman is a 2010 RHP/SS/3B with a 6'1'', 190 lb. frame from Dubuque, IA who attends Hempstead HS. Strong athletic build. Sound mechanical delivery, high 3/4's release, arm works quick and smooth, minimal effort on release. FB to 86 mph, locates well, CB shows power spin, sharp bite with depth, some feel for change. Very good mound presence, mature pitcher with an idea, should have more velo in near future. Quality athlete, runs a 6.89 60, swings the bat with bat speed, some pop, could really develop hitting with some minor adjustments. Good student, follow closely.
