Very active in outfield, aggressive to ball, hustles to every ball, won't concede extra base on ball in gap - wants to throw someone out, good arm strength, smooth arm stroke, throws carry. Ball jumps of his bat at the plate, juice in swing, short hand load, drives off back leg, strong, open stance with medium base, ball travels well. Smooth and balanced delivery on mound, commands three pitches, fills up zone, good arm speed, poised with runners on. Very good student.

Sean Narby is a 2009 OF/P/1B with a 6'1'', 195 lb. frame from Auburn, WA who attends Kennedy. Narby has a good body with a strong athletic build. Defensively, Narby has arm strength from the outfield with good carry them. He throws with high effort and gets everything into his throws. Narby has a loose arm action and has average transfers. He gets to the ball well and approaches with quick choppy steps. At the plate, Narby starts with a straight stance with flexed knees. He starts with a low hand set and swings on a good line drive path. Narby looks to keep his hands inside of the baseball and has quick hands to the ball. He has some strength in his swing and uses the whole field. Narby pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a long arm action. He turns the ball over on his fastball and gets sink on it. He uses a high leg kick with tall anf all style mechanics. Narby throws an 11/5 curveball along with a change up. Narby is a very good student.
