Andrew Hannon is a 6'1", 175 lb., 2006 infielder from Jacksonville, Florida, with developing strength and a chance to be a big, strong player in the future. Hannon’s size projection and his speed probably project him to third base in the future, where his smooth, almost deliberate actions should fit nicely. He will have to work on his arm strength though. Hannon’s best tools are at the plate. He hits from a spread, somewhat closed stance and generates very good bat speed with some lift in his swing. Hannon is an aggressive hitter who wants to pull the ball hard and has the ability to do so against good pitching. He should be an exciting player to watch develop at the plate.
