Ben Maniscalco is a 2010 C/P with a 5'11'', 180 lb. frame from Audubon, PA who attends Methacton. Maniscalco has a stocky frame, hits from both sides of the plate, from the left side, hits from an open stance, shows bat speed, high finsih, solid contact, from the right side, has an opposite field approach, has some strength in swing, defensively, hard working catcher, blocks well, he also pitches, using a submarine arm action, loose arm, gets good arm side run, deceptive. He is also a good student.
