Trevor Mitsui is a 2011 1B/3B with a 6-4 210 lb. frame from Lynwood, WA who attends Shorewood. Mitsui has a long and lean build with strength throughout. Really impressed at the plate, where he has a very mature and advanced approach for a hitter of his age and size. Although he possesses the ability to go deep at any time, he really stays within himself and looks to hit line drives. Bat is quick through the zone, and makes a good exit coming off. Hit very well in game play. Defensively he moves well laterally and has good range going either way, while providing an excellent target for his infielders. High level follow. Good student.
