Jacobi is a 2005 OF from Milford, CT with a 5'10"/170 pound body. He is a top 20 player in the northeast, and arguably a top ten offensive player. He's got a strong arm with good carry and accuracy at 82 mph from the outfield. He has quick feet and can cover a lot of ground. He hits with a controlled, aggressive swing, with strong, fast, quick hands. He showed consistent long line drive power both in batting practice and in games, while hitting 3 HR's in batting practice. He has a great upside and is a player to follow in 2005. Ken is an excellent student.

Ken Jacobi is a 2005 left handed hitting outfielder from Milford, CT. He showed good college level defensive skills in the outfield, with very good speed (4.33 to first base) and a strong arm with good on-line carry and accuracy. He's an average MLB runner. Jacobi hits from a wide stance with no stride and has an aggressive, hard swing with some loft in it. Jacobi made good contact in batting practice and games and looks like the type of hitter who could keep improving with more strength and better lower half involvement. We also liked Jacobi’s style of play; he’s a hustler who plays the game real hard. Definitely has some interesting tools and Ken is a very good student.
