Timothy Salvadore is a 2015 RHP/1B with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Hopkinton, MA who attends Phillips Academy. Projectable athletic pitcher's build. Quick compact arm action, 3/4's arm slot, loose and whippy out front, tends to fall off hard to first base side on release, can improve direction. Mid 80's fastball topped out at 87 mph, gets very good arm side run and sink at times, direction issues affect fastball command more than off speed command. Nice slider up to 78 mph, slider has short quick break, consistent release point, good pitch. Some developing feel for change up. Works quickly with good tempo, fields his position and has an idea how to pitch. All the tools in place to continue to improve. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Boston College. Named to the Top Prospect Team.

Timothy Salvadore is a 2015 RHP/1B/OF with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Hopkinton, MA who attends Phillips Academy. Tall for his age, slender athletic build. Multi-piece delivery but repeats it well, high 3/4's arm slot, tends to open early and pull head off the plate on release, has some deception to delivery. Steady 83-84 mph fastball, has some arm side run, throws fastball to both sides of the plate, occ cuts glove side. Hard curveball spin with good depth and some bite, flashes some feel for a change up. Throws strikes with all pitches and attacks hitters. Right handed hitter, loose aggressive swing, long line drive plane, stays on his backside, some late lift. Very interesting young pitching prospect, lots of time to develop. Good student. Named to the Top Prospect Team.
