Lance Mardock is a 2011 RHP with a 6-2 220 lb. frame from Arlington, TX who attends Arlington Martin HS. Big strong build. Tall delivery with short stride and limited lower half involvment, tends to spin off on release, long extended arm action. Low 80's fastball, touched 84 mph, gets good sink when he stays on top of the ball, heavy at the plate, good change up with some late action, rare CB with 11/5 shape, primary fastball pitcher. No stride rotational swing, aggressive to the ball, looks to pull and lift, has some power. Good student.
