Aaron Marrero is a 2011 C/OF with a 5'9'', 183 lb. frame from Sheffield Village, OH who attends St Edward HS. Slender, athletic body. Narrow base behind plate, quiet set up, quick feet, moves well laterally, quick transfer, good footwork, solid arm. Even, narrow stance at the plate, compact swing, has batspeed, had trouble squaring up live pitching at this off-season event but his swing mechanics look good and he should be a solid hitter. Good student.
