Ryan Ferrell is a 2012 RHP/MIF with a 6-2 165 lb. frame from Cincinnati, OH who attends Seven Hills HS. Lean athletic build, long and lean, body projects to fill out well. 3/4 arm slot on the mound, clean arm action, balanced and online delivery, good cutting action on fastball, really does a good job of locating fastball, gets ahead and pounds the zone, velocity projects. Consistent contact at the plate, goes to all fields, squares up some, will continue to improve with added strength. Clean infield actions, smooth to the ball, sound footwork. Solid student.
