Ryan Thayer is a 2012 C/RHP, 2B with a 5-8 168 lb. frame from Meriden, CT who attends Orville H. Platt. Thayer has a medium build with strength. He hits from an even stance at the plate, rotational swing, has strength in hands, solid bat speed, good quick hands on inside in games, projects with refinements. Good behind the plate, good transfer and release, solid arm strength, simple footwork, online throws. He is a good student.
