Danny Heim is a 2011 RHP with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from St Louis, MO who attends Parkway North HS. Medium frame with very good present strength. Fast paced delivery, full arm circle, will occasionally rush/drift ahead of arm, 3/4's release point. Fastball 86-88 mph, have seen up to 90 mph before, throws two quality breaking balls. Curveball is best pitch, very good size, hard biting action, slider is pretty tight with some sharpness, also shows nice feel for change up. Very effective when all four pitches are working. Good student.

Danny Heim is a 2011 RHP/3B with a 5'11'', 185 lb. frame from St Louis, MO who attends Parkway North HS. Compact athletic build, good strength. Clean polished delivery, throws with little effort, quick smooth arm stroke, repeats delivery/release point very well. FB touched 90 mph, adds and subtracts velo and changes locations, SL is an out pitch, sharp late bite and good depth, CB separate pitch with bigger shape, also hard spin and good bite, showed feel for change up as well. Four very good pitches and plus command potential. Showed bat speed from square wide stance, pull approach, consistent contact, some lift in swing, good use of lower half, hit the ball hard. Top level pitching prospect. Good student.
