Trent Higginbotham is a 2011 RHP with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Pinson, AL who attends Clay Chalkville HS. Medium frame, slender build. Fast paced delivery with big hand drop/leg raise. OH release point, leans off the plate on release. Upper 80's fastball, touch 89 mph, mostly straight. Big breaking curveball, good depth and some sharpness, very nice arm speed on change up, has good feel for off speed command/location. More trouble locating FB, especially to glove side.
