Nicholas Mira is a 2013 C/1B with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Killian. Strong athletic build, projectable body. Switch hitting catcher, accurate throws from behind the plate, gains ground well, solid skills behind plate, quick release, solid arm strength. Lateral agility behind plate, good footwork, aggressive with throws. Good balance from both sides of the plate, good round of BP from both sides, more natural from right. Has pop from right side, solid bat speed, good extension, aggressive swing, fluid swing. Stays inside the ball well from left side, short swing, quick bat. Good student.
