Sean Kelly is a 2013 RHP/1B with a 5-11 195 lb. frame from Marlton, NJ who attends Cherokee HS. Compact strong build, physically mature. Leg raise delivery, long extended arm action with wrap in back, shows ball to the hitter, extended 3/4's release point. Upper 80's fastball with 4-seamer, 2-seamer has big running action at lower velocities, adds/subtracts from fastball well. Big breaking curveball, good 11/5 depth and bite, developing change up. Better stuff/command from the stretch with more compact arm action. Good student.

Sean Kelly is a 2013 RHP/OF with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Marlton, NJ who attends Cherokee HS. Medium athletic frame, some present strength. Rock back delivery, extended deep arm circle, high 3/4's arm slot, good lower 1/2 use. Fastball to 90 mph, straight at higher velocities but pitches down in zone well, cuts fastball in mid 80's, tends to lower release point on cutter. Good depth to slider, got in good groove and hit spots well with slider, good bite at times. Turns over change up but slows arm. Shows a feel for pitching and around the plate with all pitches. Good looking hitter, shows strength in swing, simple swing mechanics, short and quick to the ball, squared the ball up well. Good student.

Sean Kelly is a 2013 RHP/1B with a 5-11 195 lb. frame from Marlton, NJ who attends Cherokee HS. Stocky strong build, mature for age. Tall balanced delivery, long extended arm action, 3/4's release, some effort, mechanics work well. Very good raw arm strength, steady 85-88 mph fastball, occasional arm side run, also throws 2-seam with nice sink, primary fastball pitcher, short breaking ball with occasional sharpness. Showed same arm strength in the outfield, nice on line throws, shows athletic balance. Power approach hitting, has some lift in his swing, uses his strength. Good student. Named to the Top Prospect team.
