Slow paced drifting delivery with compact quick arm action, 3/4's arm slot, hides ball well and has deception. Fastball to 91 mph, very good life at times, pitches aggressively with fastball, good curveball spin with big shape, tends to tip curveball with wrap in back, pounds K zone with both pitches and gets quick outs, rare change up. Two-way prospect as a middle infielder, outstanding arm strength, athletic easy defensive actions, quick hands and feet, 7.12 runner, also plays the outfield. Right handed hitter, simple short swing, straight stance, not strong but squares up the ball and hits line drives. Very versatile overall athlete with tools, plays hard and performs. Good student. Verbal commitment to Central Florida.

Cre Finfrock is a 2014 RHP/IF with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Jensen Beach, FL who attends Jensen Beach HS. Lean and athletic build, lots of room to fill out. Low effort delivery, 3/4's arm slot, ball comes out easy, quick arm with good extension out front, on line finish, maintains balance well, works downhill. Steady 86-88 mph fastball, gets FB movement on both sides of the plate, can work down in zone with FB more consistently. Curveball shows good hard spin, big sweeping bite with sharpness, swing/miss pitch at times. Very live young arm. 7.12 runner, can play both IF and OF, actions better in OF, shows arm strength both positions. Simple swing mechanics, short to the ball, loose and fluid out front, has some lift , looks to pull, shows hand strength with more to come. Bright future, especially with additional size/strength. Good student. Named to the Top Prospect Team.
