MacLain Larson is a 2013 1B/RHP with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from Clermont, FL who attends Lake Minneola. Larson has a good projectable frame, hits from a square stance, pull approach, shows bat speed, stays inside ball, nice swing path, uses lower half to create leverage, makes solid contact, gets barrel to ball consistently, defensively, takes good angles to ball, feet work well, also pitches, 3/4 arm slot, long arm action, velo projects, 11-5 spin on curveball, outstanding student.
