Cordell Castleberry is a 2012 OF/RHP with a 6-2 183 lb. frame from Kingwood, TX who attends Kingwood HS. Tall athletic build, good strength potential. 7.06 runner, nice outfield arm strength, could get rid of the ball faster. Long pull oriented swing, tends to step out, strength and leverage at contact, rhythm hitter, drives ball hard on contact, projects power but will need to refine approach. Also pitched, fastball to 81 mph, short compact arm action, good run on FB, 11/5 curveball. Good student.
