Ryan Miller- C- Mt. Mercy College (IA), Cedar Rapids, IA- 6'1"/205. Miller might have been the hardest worker at the event. He shows a passion for the game, and has the skills to compete in pro ball. He threw 83 mph from behind the plate with pop times under 2.00, his best being 1.94. Miller is a very good receiver with nice hands and good feet to block balls. Offensively he has strength in his swing with a line drive swing plane, and power potential. He even ran a good 60. He is fairly unknown to MLB scouts but he can hit and he can catch. Big time Makeup. He should get a chance to catch in pro ball.
