Quick stance and load at the plate, covers both sides of the plate well, is short to the ball, has good weight shift, good mechanics, has good bat speed. Has a good simple swing, repeats his swing mechanics, makes solid consistent contact at the plate, likes the ball up in the zone. Shows arm strength behind the plate, throws are accurate and online, will get better with a crisp transfer and release. Is an outstanding student.
