Timmy Richards is a 2013 SS with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Long Beach, CA who attends Wilson HS. Medium athletic build, some present strength. 6.97 runner, good infield actions, quick feet with sound fundamental footwork, moves through the ball well, soft hands, quick exchange, values quick release over arm strength, polished Southern Californian middle infielder. Right handed hitter, quick hands, short line drive stroke, tends to open front side early, hits to all fields, high average approach, bat will improve with additional strength. Good student, verbal commitment to Cal State Fullerton.
