Cardullo is a present strong 6-0, 200 lb third baseman from Florida who we’ve had a chance to see a lot early this summer. He’s a good overall athlete and good baseball player who will do well at the college level. Cardullo’s best tool is his bat. He has a balanced stance and a line drive swing plane and creates very good bat speed to the ball. Cardullo is an aggressive hitter and tends to get out to his front side often and will improve even more as he lets the ball get in to him more. He consistently hits the ball hard and the power is sure to come in the future. Cardullo is a sub-7.00 runner who shows good range and hands in the field. He has a quick release and enough arm strength to be a solid college defensive third baseman. There should be plenty of colleges in the Southeast who are anxious to have Cardullo in their program. He is an excellent student with top level grades.

Cardullo is a 6-0, 200 lb senior third baseman from Florida with a strong, mature body. Has has very strong hands and knows how to swing the wood bat with authority. Cardullo hits from a balanced, tall stance and aggressively attacks the ball on the inner half. The ball jumps off his bat and Cardullo showed both consistent line drive contact and the ability to jump on mistakes and drive them for power as well. He's going to hit a bunch of home runs at the next level with metal if that's where he plays next. Cardullo is also a very good athlete who projects as a top level defensive third baseman. He runs the 60 in a quick 7.08 for a big athlete and has nice side to side quickness at third. He threw 85 mph in infield drills and can make all the different throws that a third baseman needs to make. On top of that, Cardullo is a 4.0+ student in the class room. We'd anticipate that some of the top college programs in the country will be looking hard at him this summer and fall.
