Adam Alcantara is a 2013 OF/IF with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Alta Loma, CA who attends Bishop Amat HS. Medium athletic build, some present strength. Solid all around player. Very good bat speed, quick hands to the ball, solid gap to gap contact, ball carries off the barrel, aggressive game swings, looks to drive the ball hard. Good outfield arm strength, throws carry, might have higher ceiling future at third base, arm strength plays, quick release, feet are quick enough to keep improving. Bat potential plays at any position. Good student.
