Jacob Palmer is a 2014 C/UT with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Buna, TX who attends Buna. Palmer has a medium sized frame with a lean build. He has developing catch and throw tools behind the plate with a longer release. He has an upright finish on his pops and has some recoil on throws. Palmer starts with a narrow stance and uses a rotational swing. He has a line drive contact hitter approach and made consistent solid contact in BP. He has some hitting tools and developing bat speed. Excellent student.
