Billy Shannon is a 2007 C/OF with a 5'10'', 165 lb. frame from Germantown, NY who attends Germantown Central HS. Billy has a lean build with a lot of strength to add. He is primarily a contact hitter at this point as he lacks the strength to really drive the ball consistently. Behind the plate Billy has a solid transfer and release and just needs to add some arm strength. Billy is a solid student that could attract the attention of a few small colleges.
