Colton Hock is a 2014 RHP/OF/1B with a 6-4 210 lb. frame from Bloomsburg, PA who attends Bloomsburg HS. Big strong physical build, very mature body but young in the face. Multi-piece delivery, high 3/4's to over the top release point, fast arm coming through. Fastball topped at 88 mph, mostly straight, 81 mph slider with big deep 2-plane break is best pitch, nice power and action. Big downer curveball at 70 provides another look, change up a bit firm but developing. Chance for four solid pitches with some projection. Right handed hitter, long swing , opens front side early. Shows good athleticism in the outfield, good arm strength with a quick release. Very good student.
