David Neil is a 2014 C/1B with a 6-3 210 lb. frame from Randolph, MA who attends Blue Hills Reg Voc Tech. Tall, strong athlete with good lower half strength. Ran a 7.29 60 yard dash. Shows off an easy, clean arm action from behind the plate and gets rid of the ball quickly. Arm strength plays well behind the plate. Bats right-handed, works from a closed stance and carries his hands low. Has a slight uppercut swing path and good power potential. Solid bat speed and flashes a sound approach. Outstanding student.
