Tim Morris is a 2006 first baseman/outfielder from Villanova, PA with a big strong athletic body at 6-3, 205 lbs. Defensively, he has a solid glove and he is a big target at first base. He is very athletic and he ran a 6.73 in the 60 which might lead him to the outfield at the next level. He showed decent arm strength at 78 mph from first base. He hits from a balanced stance with a short compact stroke and a level swing plane. He hits hard line drives from gap to gap with a quick bat. He is a big strong kid and has the potential to be a home run hitter. He has a projectable body and he will be a high level prospect for 2006.
