RHP Matt Morgal (Edmond, OK): Morgal is a plus strong 6-6 right hander from Oklahoma with good arm strength and the chance to keep improving. He has a loose, long arm action and pitches aggressively with a mid 80’s fastball that topped out at 86 mph. MLB scouts have reported seeing Morgal in the low 90s this spring. He also threw a 70-72 mph curveball with downer action. He's signed Juco and should certainly be a DNF pick at worst.
